It was only nominated for best picture at the Golden Globes, and even then they sub-divide their films into Dramas and Musicals/Comedies.

As for the Om stuff...I kinda already said all that below.

It means "Give thanks/praise to Guru Deva" and "Om" is believed to be the natural vibration of the universe, hence why it is used it meditation. It has no particular purpose in the sentence...it's just a sound.

Also...I got a little angry with the quiz. The correct quote is "Everything below the neck works fine", not from the head down. I don't how something can be wrong with someone if everything works from the head down. That means they wouldn't be screwed up at all, since the head is the top of the body.

Again...Eddie Izzard was not Mr. Kite. He was Dr. Geary, if you had listened when they first arrived at his place. Mr. Kite was nobody...just a random reference in his LSD circus.

The movie was also nominated for best picture...awesome miss.

This person needs to pay a little bit more attention to detail before making a quiz about it.

There were few more mistakes, but those were the big ones.

I looked it up and its a line from one of the songs in the film, which I guess I'd forgotten about. Its meaning is kind of vague, but it roughly means "I give thanks to Guru, om." More here.
